RETAIL + DISPATCH CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR (PART TIME)

One of the most important roles within krystle knight jewellery.

Customer Service + Dispatch Co-Ordinator

Picking & Packing Online Orders – ensuring quality of each product + taking pride in every package that is sent out
Customer Service emails – ensuring customer has a seamless + enjoyable experience with KKJ online
Online customer returns
Wholesale customer returns
Picking & Packing Wholesale Orders
QC & counting products as they arrive in - bulk deliveries
Re-ordering & keeping track of packaging & stock supplies
Monthly sales reporting + stock take

Retail

Morning shop clean, wipe down class & benches + any jewellery that needs a polish
Assistant customers in store & ensuring shop is always re-stocked + looking fresh
Serving customers in store & ensuring a seamless & enjoyable customer experience in store

Currently the role is part time, with the opportunity for the role to move into a full time position in April 2023.

Days requires are Wednesday + Friday, with availability to work Saturday.

DESIGN + PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (FREELANCE ROLE)

DESIGN:

Working closely with the Creative Director to develop, design, create new designs, and improve existing products.
Forecast new & upcoming trends; while keeping true to the brand.
Oversee the seamless end to end production & development of new collections- concept + ideas, planning, designing, sampling, photo shoots, launching.
Create digital technical sketches / style sheets for factories.
